关于埃及航空2月27日至3月14日期间航班调整的通知
尊敬的旅客：
为全力配合做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控工作，我们致力于在保证旅客与机组人员健康安全的条件下尽早恢复埃及与中国大陆地区航班的运营。目前由于受到部分技术环节客观条件的制约，我们很抱歉地通知大家，埃及航空将取消2月27日至3月14日期间的航班。为此给您带来的不便我们深表歉意，受取消航班影响的旅客，可根据埃及航空相关规定申请退票或改期。后续航班情况还请关注埃及航空的进一步消息通知。
Dear passengers,
EgyptAir will suspend flight schedule from 27 Feb 2020 to 14 Mar 2020 to/from mainland China with airline route from CAI-PEK-CAN, CAN-PEK-CAI due to technical restrictions. Sorry for the inconvenience. Passengers affected by the canceled flights could contact the relevant agency for refund or reschedule according to the following rules. For the flight schedule after 14 Mar 2020, please follow up with EgyptAir for further information.
退票和改签规定
针对旅行日期在2月27日至3月28日的个人机票，如果在此期间旅客的航班被取消，在未造成误机（no-show）的前提下，其机票可以免费退票或改期至2020年6月30日前的起飞日期（注：第一次更改免除手续费，票价差价不免除）。如果退票发生在航班起飞前24小时内或者起飞后，将收取退票手续费或误机（no-show）罚金，以较高者为准。
此规定适用于077票号开头的埃及航空机票，埃及航空往返于中国大陆城市的所有航班，包括北京、广州和杭州。
EgyptAir refund and reissue rules
For individual ticket with travel dates between 27 Feb 2020 to 28 Mar 2020, if passenger’s scheduled flight is canceled during this period, their ticket can be refunded or rescheduled to date of departure before 30 June 2020 free of charge, without no-show occurring. (free of penalty for first reissue; not free of fare difference). In case of refund made within 24 hours before flight or after flight departure, refund or no-show charge will be applied whichever is higher.
Applied airline route is all EgyptAir flights to and from mainland China including PEK, CAN, HGH with 077 EgyptAir ticket number.
